CyTRAP Lab’s Choice - free tool - creating pdf files with FreePDF
We have previously discussed and presented a free software package for creading PDF files:

Today we offer you another tool that can do this job. What makes it attractive besides the possibility for encrypting files, if your PC runs on Windows 98 or Windows XP, this program is offered in two versions that enable you to create PDF files on either one.

With FreePDF kann you can produce PDF documents fast and easy when running the Windows Operating System.
While the Website is primarily in German, the program interface can be in English or many other languages, instructions are very easy to follow and discussion groups help as well if one might have a problem.

Ghostscript is the name of a set of software that provides:
- An interpreter for the PostScript ™ language, with the ability to convert PostScript language files to many raster formats, view them on displays, and print them on printers that don’t have PostScript language capability built in;
- an interpreter for Portable Document Format (PDF) files, with the same abilities;
- gives use the possibility to convert PostScript language files to PDF (with some limitations) and vice versa; and
- provides a set of C procedures (the Ghostscript library) that implement the graphics capabilities that appear as primitive operations in the PostScript language.
